Chad has collaborated with 500+ rooftops, giving him hard-earned instincts for what raises PVR and what just burns time.

After years under the hood, he moved into the claims engine room—running the department and mastering everything from diagnostic validation and severity control to parts sourcing during tough supply windows. His teams are known for clear communication, fair calls, and on-time execution that protects CSI and keeps bays productive.

Ryan’s philosophy is simple: do what’s right for the customer and the dealer—fast, documented, and defensible. Kenny Simon brings more than a decade of experience in automotive finance, leadership, and sales performance to his role as Regional Sales Director at Elevation Dealer Services. Based in California, Kenny partners closely with dealers to drive profitability, strengthen F&I processes, and build long-term wealth strategies through reinsurance and innovative product solutions.

Before joining Elevation, Kenny served as Finance Manager at Camping World, where he was responsible for structuring deals and delivering consistent revenue growth across a high-volume operation. He also held the role of Director of Finance at Courtesy Automotive Center, where he led the finance team in improving compliance, customer satisfaction, and PVR performance.

Kenny’s career includes more than five years as an F&I Manager with Lithia Motors, where he was recognized as a Top 20 F&I Manager nationally. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Direct Sales Specialist with GreatCall, achieving recognition as a Top Sales Performer, and began in retail management with AutoZone.

Known for his ability to build strong relationships, coach teams, and deliver results in both retail and agency settings, Kenny is committed to helping dealers adapt, innovate, and grow in an evolving marketplace.

Before joining Elevation, Chad built an impressive career in dealership management, serving as General Manager at Ken Garff Hyundai of Surprise and spending over 18 years with Earnhardt Auto Centers in Arizona. At Earnhardt, he led Rodeo Kia for more than 17 years as General Manager, while also shaping the sales organization as a Sales Manager across multiple rooftops. His career began at Arrowhead Honda, where he served as New Car Director for 10 years, setting the foundation for his deep understanding of both front-end operations and customer experience.

Known for his ability to build high-performance teams, maximize PVR, and create lasting dealer-customer relationships, Chad now leverages his retail expertise to help dealerships in Ohio and across the Midwest unlock sustainable growth through Elevation Dealer Services.

Rob Smith serves as Sales Director for Elevation Dealer Services in Nebraska, bringing over two decades of diverse automotive and financial services expertise. His career has spanned retail dealership management, national account development, and financial services leadership—equipping him with a deep understanding of dealer operations and strategic growth.

Rob spent the last seven years with GM Financial as an Account Development Manager, where he partnered with dealers to expand market share, strengthen portfolios, and drive customer success. Prior to that, he spent seven years with Ally Financial in Dealer Products & Services, leading new product rollouts, building strategic partnerships, and executing sales strategies across multiple markets.

His foundation in the retail automotive space includes leadership roles as General Sales Manager at Horne AutomotiveBusiness Manager with Performance Auto Group, and finance leadership at Markel BMW and Husker Auto Group. Across these positions, Rob honed his ability to maximize F&I performance, elevate customer experience, and train high-performing sales teams.
