Chad has collaborated with 500+ rooftops, giving him hard-earned instincts for what raises PVR and what just burns time.

He has led the development of OEM-aligned programs with warranty administrators, ensuring products and processes support both the manufacturer’s expectations and the dealer’s profitability.

Pete has run and scaled large companies, aligning systems, people, and performance benchmarks so strategies don’t just sound great — they work in the field where dealers live and sell.

He works deeply in dealer acquisition lending and deal-structure strategy, crafting frameworks that give groups the financial flexibility to grow and the operational discipline to sustain it.

Ryan Hackett brings the rare combination of hands-on technician expertise (10+ years) and warranty administration leadership (13+ years). After years under the hood, he moved into the claims engine room—running the department and mastering everything from diagnostic validation and severity control to parts sourcing during tough supply windows. His teams are known for clear communication, fair calls, and on-time execution that protects CSI and keeps bays productive.

Ryan’s philosophy is simple: do what’s right for the customer and the dealer—fast, documented, and defensible. He streamlines claims so approvals are quick, repairs don’t stall, and dollars go where they matter. When friction shows up—conflicting diagnoses, parts delays, or vendor noise—Ryan cuts through it with data, discipline, and respect for the people doing the work. Sales Director
Rob Smith serves as Sales Director for Elevation Dealer Services in Nebraska, bringing over two decades of diverse automotive and financial services expertise. His career has spanned retail dealership management, national account development, and financial services leadership—equipping him with a deep understanding of dealer operations and strategic growth.

Rob spent the last seven years with GM Financial as an Account Development Manager, where he partnered with dealers to expand market share, strengthen portfolios, and drive customer success. Prior to that, he spent seven years with Ally Financial in Dealer Products & Services, leading new product rollouts, building strategic partnerships, and executing sales strategies across multiple markets.

His foundation in the retail automotive space includes leadership roles as General Sales Manager at Horne AutomotiveBusiness Manager with Performance Auto Group, and finance leadership at Markel BMW and Husker Auto Group. Across these positions, Rob honed his ability to maximize F&I performance, elevate customer experience, and train high-performing sales teams.

He grew his career inside the dealership, working the desk, earning trust with customers, and refining the financial strategies that drive PVR, penetration, and compliance every single day.

Boris understands lender relations, credit-profile navigation, and how to structure a deal that works for the buyer and the store — without slowing delivery or adding friction to the sales process.

He partners closely with dealer groups to develop their F&I teams: tightening talk tracks, maximizing menu effectiveness, and coaching live in the moments that matter.
